Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Remote Areas: 4–7 business days

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on selected products and promotional offers.
  • Standard shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email. You can use this tracking number to track your shipment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible locations across Pakistan. Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery.

Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate. Urban Cart is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Delays and Force Majeure

Damaged or Missing Orders
