At Urban Cart, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product is significantly different from its description.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • All tags, accessories, and promotional items must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personal care and cosmetic products that have been opened or used.
  • Perfumes that have been opened or used.
  • Products damaged due to misuse by the customer.
  • Clearance, sale, or discounted items (unless received damaged or defective).

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the product.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds may be issued through bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or another mutually agreed method.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Damaged products
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items received

Subject to product availability.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Customers are requested to ensure availability at the delivery address. Repeated refusal of confirmed COD orders may result in restrictions on future purchases.
